What does full registration include?
  • Admittance to the full programme and main plenary scientific sessions

  • Certificate of attendance and CME accreditation for sessions attended

What does a student badge include?
  • Admittance to the full programme and main plenary scientific sessions

Students will be required to upload a copy of student ID and proof of residency for eligibility.
 
What does an exhibitor badge include?
  • Entrance to the exhibition hall
  • Entrance to company specific industry symposia
  • Access to the official conference app to include digital abstracts
  • Food & beverage to include tea / coffee and a lunch grab bag each day
Due to venue restrictions, the number of attending exhibitors is capped. For a Gold package a maximum of 8 exhibitors are permitted to attend, Silver a maximum of 6 exhibitors and for the Exhibitor only category a maximum of 4 exhibitors.

Please note an exhibitor badge does not include admittance to any of the main plenary scientific sessions. Full attendance or one day attendance Registration will need to be purchased.
 
What does patient registration include?
  • Admittance to the morning patient programme and afternoon main plenary scientific sessions (Thursday 15th June)
  • Entrance to the exhibition hall
  • Access to the official conference app to include digital abstracts
  • Food & beverage to include tea / coffee and a lunch grab bag each day
Social programme     
Will be at an additional cost for all registration categories, more information to follow
 
Accreditation             
The ILF has applied for CME accreditation awarded by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). Further Information to follow.
 
Ethical Medtech        
The ILF 2023 Conference will be submitted to the Ethical Medtech Conference Vetting System to be compliant with the Medtech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice. Further information to follow.
 
Payment terms         
Delegate  payments to be made by credit card in GB Pounds via the ILF website.  Upon completion of the registration an automated email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
If Additional Exhibitor Badges are required an invoice will be raised upon request and payment should be made in GBP by bank transfer. Please contact sarah@lympho.org to organise this.
Cancellation terms   
These cancellation terms are binding as soon registration is completed and submitted. An administration cost of £20 will apply for cancellations received on or before 31 May 2023. No refunds will be processed on cancellations received on or after 1 June 2023. All cancellation requests must be sent to conference@lympho.org. Eligible refunds will be processed after the conference. 
 
Insurance                   
Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.
