Today, 6 March 2019, is World Lymphoedema Day. Lymphoedema is a massive public health problem and it is crucial for the ILF to join the global aim of raising awareness on this topic.
On this day, we wish to encourage all national lymphoedema frameworks and all of our affiliates to take part in the international ILF-COM survey aiming to develop an internationally agreed set of outcome measures for patients with chronic oedema. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CYSCKKT
More about the ILF-COM project is available here.
The International Lymphoedema Framework (ILF) unites national frameworks all over the world, working together to raise awareness of lymphoedema through research and knowledge. Only a collaborative and multidisciplinary partnership between all lymphoedema communities and stakeholders, recognized as experts, can lead to an improvement in the management of lymphoedema.
