By registering on the ILF website either as an Affiliate or as a Conference attendee you consent to us collecting and storing the following information: 
name, job title, workplace and personal address 
contact information including email address and telephone numbers 
demographic information such as profession and areas of interest 
 

What we do with the information we collect 

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and for ILF internal record keeping.. 
We may use the information to send you promotional information if you have indicated that you would like this 
When registering for an event your information will be used by the event organisers and relevant  third parties for accessing the event. 
 

Withdrawing consent 

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us and requesting that we delete your personal data from our systems. We will complete this request within 28 days, unless we are lawfully required to keep this information under UK / EU law or other international treaties. 
 

Controlling your personal information 

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information. 
Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act. A small administration fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email info@lympho.org and we will respond to you within 21 days. 
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
